This holiday house is an old restored farmhouse. It is somewhat isolated but well connected to the main roads in the Girona Costa Brava region. It is surrounded by cultivated fields and set in extensive 5000 m² fenced grounds where you will also be able to enjoy the spacious porch, your own private swimming pool and a small grove.
In addition, the area is easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the N-II road, the AP-7 motorway and Catalonia’s Eix Transversal (the coast- inland transverse road). Please refer to the map to see its location.
The famous Costa Brava coastline (Tossa de Mar, Blanes, Sant Feliu de Guíxols, etc) is only twenty minutes drive from this large villa.

This large holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, and decorated throughout with lovely tiles from the Girona Costa Brava region. Some of the superb and original features include beamed ceilings in all rooms.

- First and Second bathrooms are located on the right hand side of the entrance hall with shower, WC, bidet and hand basin, 15 m².
- Bedroom One: 135 cm double bed, on the left side of the entrance hall, 11 m².
- Bedroom Two: dormitory with four 135 cm double beds, located at the end of the entrance hall, 40 m².
- Upper floor, sleeps 17.
