Ca l’ Estrada is a completely restored old Catalan farmhouse located in a lovely area of natural beauty and tranquillity, 95 kms from Barcelona and 25 kms to the beaches of the Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain.
The property is made up of two separated villas with a capacity that ranges from 15 to 37 persons. The two holiday houses stand in an extensive fully fenced surface area of more than 5000 m2, covered with vegetation and set up with all the necessary facilities for enjoying a holiday with your family or group of friends. Each villa has its own terrain with its private bathing area and facilities.
Beyond the fence there are cultivated fields and forests belonging to the property consisting of various types of trees typical of the Costa Brava regional vegetation.
In addition, their position near the Mediterranean Motorway AP-7, the National Road number II and Catalonia’s Eix Transversal ( the coast-inland transverse road ) makes them an excellent starting point for a wide range of cultural days out and sporting activities. Ca l' Estrada I
The villa ca l’ Estrada I stands in an extensive ground of more than 3000 m2 and has a built surface of 275 m2. The accommodation is spread out over two floors, fully equipped with central heating and one apartment within the bathing area. The total capacity of this villa is 22 sleeps distributed in 5 rooms.
The holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, completed with charming tiles and beamed ceilings typical of the Girona Costa Brava region.

Ground floor, sleeps 2:
- Large sitting room for 24 people, 30 m2.
- Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, wide range of modern appliances, all the cooking utensils, and cutlery you will need, 12 m2.
- Bedroom One: two 90 cm single beds, 15 m2.
- Bathroom with bath, washing machine, hand basin, bidet and wc, 6 m2.

The holiday rental villa is comfortably furnished in the traditional Catalan style, completed with charming tiles and beamed ceilings typical of the Girona Costa Brava region.
