Masies Serra Magra S.L.L.

Our company Masies Serra Magra S.L.L. has been renting fine properties on the Costa Brava Region  to a world-wide clientele since 2001. The company was founded by Maria Àngels and Joseph Verdaguer with the mission to offer a high standard of typical catalan villas on the Costa Brava to a worldwide clientele.
Today our organization manages four villas and has a team of seven people working all round the year.

What makes our organization different from others that offer properties for rental on the Costa Brava?

• We offer a property for rent only after our team has restored it  and  has determined that it is up to the high standards our clients expect.
• We do not work  through  rental agencies. The result is better properties at lower prices, and fuller and more accurate information on those properties for our clients.
• We only  specialize  on the  Costa Brava Region .

First we will speak with you in depth about the kind of experience you are seeking on the Costa Brava. Second, we will answer your questions about properties on our Website, www.villascostabrava.es that interest you, and tell you their prices. We may also point out one or two that we feel you may have overlooked.

All properties have a caretaker or other responsible person who may be contacted in case of emergency or because of plumbing, electrical or other problems. The phone numbers of contact persons are provided with Arrival Instructions, which the client receives about three weeks before departure. We have prepared extensive information for our guests that includes restaurant recommendations and suggestions for local sightseeing.
